The FTM-MU Administrative Board led by Professor Srivicha Krudsood the Deputy Dean for Research, together with Deputy Dean for Administration and Finance ,Assoc. Prof. Porntip Petmitr, Deputy Dean for Education, Assoc. Prof. Waranya Wongwit, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Faculty Welfare, Dr. Amornrat Aroonnual and Deputy Coordinator of the SEAMEO TROPMED Network Dr. Sandra Tempongko paid a visit to Hainan, China to participate in Belt and Road for Tropical Medicine Alliance 2018 during 18 -21 October 2018
Faculty of Tropical Medicine was cordially invited to be one of the Vice President s of this event, and SEAMEO TROPMED Network was invited as one of the Executive Members. The venue of this event was at Hualuxe Seaview Hotel and Resort Haikou. FTM-MU Committee and Deputy Coordinator of the SEAMEO TROPMED NETWORK also paid a visit to Hainan Medical University to join the Opening Ceremony and Unveiling BRTMA Monument. The objectives of this event were to share Tropical Medicine related knowledge, Research, and this event is an open stage for all the attending institutes to seek for further networking. On Saturday 20th October 2018, Professor Srivicha has given the speech on “ Tropical Medicine in Thailand and Introduction to Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University and Introduction to SEAMEO TROPMED NETWORK Thailand”, the speech was very inspiring and captivating all the audience of BRTMA.
