Services consist of clinical services and laboratory services. Daily Clinical services are in-patient and out-patient care at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases. The Hospital for Tropical Diseases is a 250-bed hospital with an Intensive Care Unit and other facilities for the management of endemic tropical diseases.
The special routine laboratory services are provided for patients who are admitted to Hospital for Tropical Diseases and other hospitals.
The Clinical Infectious Diseases Research Unit provides academic training for doctors and nurses in research methodologies, vaccine or clinical trial research and, training courses on Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
