Steps to Apply for A program


STEP 1 CHOOSING THE PROGRAM DESIRED

Choose the program of your eligible qualification.

STEP 2 APPLYING AND SENDING THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS

The Applicant(s) must complete the Application Forms & Questionnaire

Applying (1 -4)

  1. FORM A - APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
  2. FORM B - BACKGROUND AND PROPOSED FIELD OF STUDY
  3. FORM C - RECOMMENDATION FROM
  4. QUESTIONAIRE (EXPECTATION)

SENDING THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS 

Please send the following documents to tmbstm@mahidol.ac.th , with topic that “Application” or “Applying” 
Applicants must upload a scanned copy of following documents (PDF. format) and send to the e-mail.
1. Degree Certificates
2. Academic Transcripts
3. Photo (jpeg. format) 
4. A Copy of Passport
5.  Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) or Resume
7.  English Proficiency Test Report

Applicants must upload a scanned copy of following documents (PDF. format) and send to the e-mail (tmbstm@mahidol.ac.th), with topic that “Application” or “Applying”

STEP 3 DECISIONS MAKING

Your application and related documents will be reviewed by the Program Committees.
You may be asked to submit other related documents or to have a Skype interview if they request.

STEP 4 RESULTS

After the decision has been made, the applicants will be informed of the result.
If you are accepted, an official acceptance letter will be sent to you by e-mail to check the details and when they are confirmed we will send them oversea to your address.
