Graduate Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene [D.T.M. & H.] |

To produce graduates with a good level of knowledge of tropical health problems and diseases, including epidemiology, etiology, pathogenesis, pathology, nutritional aspects, risk factors and clinical manifestations. |

To produce graduates with the competency to manage common health problems and diseases in the tropics including diagnosis, treatment, prevention, control, and providing consultation. |

Students must hold a M.D., M.B.B.S. or other qualification as a qualified medical doctor accepted by Mahidol University. |

Candidates must be medical doctors graduated from institutes approved by Mahidol University. |

Lectures or discussion consuming not less than 15 hours per semester are equal to 1 credit hour. |

Laboratories or practice consuming not less than 30 hours per semester are equal to 1 credit hour. |

Field practice consuming not less than 45 hours per semester is equal to 1 credit hour. |
|
Approximately 6 months, start the first week of April and ends at the end of September each year. |
