Research

Dr. Kobporn has a broad background in virology and immunology. The main focus of her study is the host immune responses following viral infection and vaccine administration. Currently, her research is also expanded to study the influence of pre-existing immunity in humans and animals on the transmission of arboviruses such as dengue, Zika, and chikungunya viruses.
