Sirasate Bantuchai
Epidemiology and vector biology | Malaria Diagnosis
Ph.D. Medical Science, Graduate school of Medicine, Ehime University, Japan
My current research aims to study the genetic diversity of Plasmodium knowlesi parasite found in 2 regions of Thailand. And I'm also interested to study on mosquito physiology and finding molecular marker which related to mosquito blood-feeding behavior. Understanding of those might lead us to understand more about disease transmission in the endemic area during the malaria intervention.

Nattawan Rachaphaew
Researcher / Malaria surveillance in epidemic area
M.Sc. Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University
I have more than 20 years of experience on identification of malaria species from clinical malaria patients and asymptomatic individuals. I also actively involve with malaria surveillance in epidemic areas. I also have intensive experience on in vitro culture of blood stage of malaria parasites as well as generation of hybridoma.
