Professor Dr. Srivicha Krudsood, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, received an award recognizing administrators and experts from network organizations that have contributed to driving vector-borne disease efforts outside the Department of Disease Control.
The award was presented as part of Thailand Vector-borne Diseases Excellence 2026, under the theme “Uniting Partnerships, Creating Innovations, and Driving Thailand Toward Excellence in Vector-borne Disease Prevention.”

The Biomedical and Health Informatics (BHI) Program, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, successfully held BHI Orientation Day 2026 on 15 August 2026 at JK Commons, 9th Floor, Department of Tropical Hygiene, Tranachit Building, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.
The orientation brought BHI students together through activities designed to help them get to know each other. The program included Pro-Tips, a lunchtime meet-up, and a VR & Avatar Station, providing opportunities for students to connect and engage with one another.
The event provided a warm and engaging start for students as they began their academic journey with the BHI Program.

The Biomedical and Health Informatics (BHI) Program, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, successfully held BHI Research Day 2026 on 14 August 2026, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the JK Commons Room, 9th Floor, Tranachit Harinasuta Building, Department of Tropical Hygiene, Faculty of Tropical Medicine.
Held under the theme “Explore. Discover. Transform. From Student Insights to Global Impacts,” the event featured research presentations by BHI students on topics including public health, health systems, digital health, telemedicine, machine learning, and health informatics.
The event provided an opportunity for students to present their research, exchange knowledge, and share ideas with instructors and fellow participants.
