Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University has conducted an Elective Program in Tropical Medicine for 11 Medical Students from St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center, University of North Dakota, Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, USA, James Cook University, Australia, and Jikei University School of Medicine, Japan

Professor Andrew Hamilton, Vice Chancellor of the University of Oxford, Prof. Nicholas Day, Director of Wellcome–Mahidol-Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit (MORU), Prof. Arjen Dondorp, Deputy Director/ Head of Malaria together with delegations from the University of Oxford paid a visit to the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.
