The activities of Applied Malacology Center are concentrated on the snail-mediated disease oriented problems and urgent problem solving as well as on the environmental health. Special attention is paid to the health and wellbeing of those who are living in the rural environment where the health component is the vital factor of development of physical environment and of socioeconomic development.
