5 Steps to Apply for A program

STEP 1 CHOOSING THE PROGRAM DESIRED

Choose the program of your eligible qualification.

STEP 2 APPLYING AND SENDING THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS

The Applicant(s) must complete the Application Forms & Questionnaire

Application forms (1 - 4)

  1. FORM A - APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
  2. FORM B - BACKGROUND AND PROPOSED FIELD OF STUDY
  3. FORM C - RECOMMENDATION FROM
  4. QUESTIONAIRE (EXPECTATION)

Submitting the requested Document 

Please send the following documents to tmbstm@mahidol.ac.th , with topic that “Application” or “Applying” 
Applicants must upload a scanned copy of following documents (PDF. format) and send to the e-mail.
1. Degree Certificates
2. Academic Transcripts
3. Photo (jpeg. format) 
4. A Copy of Passport
5.  Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) or Resume
7.  English Proficiency Test Report
8. Form D - Health Certificate (only for MCTM and DTM&H applicants)

​STEP 3 DECISIONS MAKING

1.Your application and related documents will be reviewed by the Program Committees.
2. You may be asked to submit other related documents or to have a Skype interview if they request.


STEP 4 RESULTS

After the decision has been made, the applicants will be informed of the result.
If you are accepted, an official acceptance letter will be sent to you by e-mail to check the details and when they are confirmed we will send them oversea to your address.


STEP 5 DOCUMENTS’ VERIFICATIONS

The Faculty of Tropical Medicine (FTM) is educationally managed under the Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS), Mahidol University. According to the policy of the verification, FGS requires every accepted candidate to process the verification of the 2 documents: 1. Transcripts and 2. English Proficiency Test Result.
