STEP 1 - CHOOSING THE PROGRAM DESIRED
Choose the program of your eligible qualification.

STEP 2 ENROLLING TO THE PROGRAM & UPLOADING THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS
The Applicant(s) must complete the Application Forms & Questionnaire
2.1 Application forms (A/B/C) & Questionnaire (Q)
- FORM A - APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
- FORM B - BACKGROUND AND PROPOSED FIELD OF STUDY
- FORM C - RECOMMENDATION FROM (2 persons/Referees are required, pervious employers/colleagues/professors/friends/family members)
- QUESTIONAIRE (Expectation)
- MCTM QUESTIONAIRE
2.2 Uploading the Required Documents to Trop-Med Documents Uploading
The applicants must prepare the all of the soft files for one time uploading. The online form is for the applicant(s) who completed the Application Forms (A/B/C/Q). The applicant(s) must upload the scanned copy of following documents as PDF. format or image format (Uploading a document is limited for 10 MB per a file); according to the lists as follows,
- Degree Certificates (English Translated)
- Academic Transcripts (English Translated)
- Applicant’s Photo (any image format)
- A Copy of Passport
- Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) or Resume
- English Proficiency Test Result (IELTS/TOEFL/MU-Grad Test)
- Form D - Health Certificate (only for the clinical programs, DTM&H, MCTM, MCTP, Ph.D-CTM/Clinical Programs)
*If the applicant(s) don't have document no.6 - no.7, please let us know the reasons why you don't yet have these documents at the last question of the online form.
**If the applicant(s) miss any documents the applicant(s) will be requested to send them or re-upload the files in the online form.
***If applicant(s) have problems/questions with this admission process, the applicant(s) can send the scanned copy files of following documents (PDF. Or Image format) and send the documents/questions to e-mail (email@example.com), with topic that “Admission” or “Enrolling”; instead of uploading the files on the online form.
STEP 3 PROGRAM COMMITTEE CONSIDERATIONS
3.1 Your application and related documents would be reviewed by the Program Committees.
3.2. You may be asked/requested to submit other related documents or to have a Skype interview if they request.
3.3 The head program committees have the final authority for the application of every applicant from programs.
STEP 4 ANNOUNCEMENT OF YOUR APPLICATION
After the final decision has been made by the program committees, the applicant(s) will be informed of the result individually by the e-mail. If you are accepted, an official acceptance letter will be sent to you by your registered e-mail to check the details and when they are confirmed we will send them oversea to your address.
The admission officers will contact to the applicant(s) as soon as the result has been made. The appointment/date will be made for the applicant(s) to process new student registration after the committee consideration to Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS).
STEP 5 DOCUMENT VERIFICATIONS & NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION TO FACULTY OF GRADUATE STUDIES
The Faculty of Tropical Medicine (FTM) is educationally managed under Faculty of Graduate Studies (FGS), Mahidol University (MU). According to the policy of the verification, FGS requires every accepted candidate to process the verification of the 2 documents: 1. Transcripts and 2. English Proficiency Test Result.
