Expected Learning Outcomes of the program
  1. Demonstrate ethical consideration and follow the code of conduct for medical practice and research

     

  2. Apply all aspects of tropical medicine, including epidemiology, aetiology, disease manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control during clinical work in the management of patients and in working with communities

     

  3. Appraise research articles using informed and reasoned consideration of the results, methods, statistical analysis and assumptions, applying knowledge in tropical medicine

     

  4. Organise clinical or related research in tropical medicine that complies with ICH GCP or relevant regulation(s)

     

  5. Formulate professional teamwork in clinical tropical medicine

     

  6. Communicate effectively using appropriate technologies for data analysis and presentation

     

  7. Develop scientific research suitable for publishing in an international peer-reviewed journal and/or presentation at an international conference
