Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, education, or a related field, with a GPA of at least 2.5. English proficiency is required.
As of Academic Year 2025, the programme offers two updated study plans:
- Plan 1.2 (Research Track) – A 2-year course combining coursework and thesis research. Students conduct in-depth studies and are required to publish or present their findings.
- Plan 2 (Professional Track) – A 1-year applied course with a focus on practical implementation. Students complete a thematic paper based on real-world school health challenges.
Students receive academic advising, cultural integration support, access to health services, and financial aid opportunities. The programme also provides guidance for research ethics, international conferences, and publication.
Graduates of the programme often work as school health teachers, government health officers, curriculum developers, researchers, and education program specialists.
The programme provides a strong foundation for both professional advancement and meaningful contributions to health within education settings.
The 2025 curriculum introduces enhanced Expected Learning Outcomes (ELOs) with a stronger focus on integration, strategic communication, leadership, and independent research. The update was developed based on feedback from key stakeholders, including employers, partner institutions, and our alumni network. The update ensures the programme remains responsive to real-world needs and future-ready.
