Athit Phetrak

Dr. Athit Phetrak is an academic at the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, with expertise in urban water systems and environmental health. He earned his doctoral degree from The University of Tokyo, where he gained comprehensive knowledge of water supply systems and their associated challenges. Dr. Phetrak has extensive experience and specialized training as postdoctoral researcher in Japan and visiting scholar in USA in addressing water system issues, including contamination risks and their impacts on environmental health. His research focuses on developing sustainable water management solutions and mitigating water contamination to safeguard public health. Actively contributing to academia and practical applications, Dr. Phetrak is recognized for his innovative research and dedication to solving critical water-related challenges in urban environments.
