is responsible for operational policies, strategic planning, annual evaluation and review of the Network's programmes and budgets within the framework of an approved five-year development plan.

The Secretary-General of the TROPMED Central Office and the Director of the SEAMEO Secretariat are ex-officio members of the Board.
