Medical services

Medical services: Hospital for Tropical Diseases in the Faculty of Tropical Medicine serves both OPD and IPD. Although it is specialized in Tropical Medicine, most of the diseases can be treated here. However, there is no Surgery/Trauma or OB/GYN in the Hospital. In addition, our hospital operates Travel Medicine Clinic, Chinese Traditional Medicine Unit and Traditional Thai Massage Unit.

If our students have more serious problems that cannot be treated here, we can transfer them to Ramathibodi Hospital which is a modern medical center with all fields of sub-specialities and modern technologies. Ramathibodi Hospital is under Mahidol University and just near our campus.

Dental Services

The Dental clinic at the Faculty of Dentistry, adjacent to the Faculty of Tropical Medicine is available. All students need to check-up first for a record, so that the payment for upcoming dental care can be reimbursed. Our school staff will arrange the check-up.

“During Field Study”

In cases where the students have accident during field study, a student can be admitted in a government hospital, or the nearest hospital/clinic at the first opportunity. The student should collect the receipt, investigation record and health treatment recommendation from the doctor at the hospital where the student is admitted, in order to collect a refund. Student Activity As usual every year we organize many activities for our students to support and encourage our students by helping them to adapt to a comfortable lifestyle in Bangkok and at our campus.
