Professor Yaowalark Sukthana,M.D.,Dean of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University chaired the special event “The 80th Anniversary of Professor Emeritus Santasiri Sornmani’ to show affection and sympathy to the 2nd dean of Faculty of Tropical Medicine. The event included Video Presentation about Live and Work of Professor Emeritus Santasiri Sornmani, Special Talk from former co-workers; Professor Emeritus Tan Chongsuphajaisiddhi, M.D. Associate Professor Wijitr Fungladda,M.D.,and Professor Teera Ramasoota,M.D., and Special Lecture ‘From Surgeon to Researcher, Make Change to Thailand Free Society of Liver Fluke’ by Professor Emeritus Santasiri Sornmani, then followed by the opening ceremony of building signage ‘Santasiri Sornmani Building’. The event was held at Chalermprakiat Conference Room, Chalermprakiat Building and 1st floor, Santasiri Sornmani Building, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.
