Assistant Professor Direk Limmathurotsakul, M.D., from Department of Tropical Hygiene, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University received Thailand Frontier Author Award from Miss Aporn Kanvong, Secretary-General, Office of the Higher Education Commission. Dr. Direk’s publication titled ‘Increasing Incidence of Human Melioidosis in Northeast Thailand’ was listed in the high rank by Web of Science database in term of searching and citation. The event was held on November 12th, 2015 at Office of the Higher Education Commission, Bangkok.
