Cultural Exchange: Cooking International Cuisine ‘ASEAN + Japan’
                   Assistant Professor Kasinee Buchachart, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Special Activity, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University chaired Cultural Exchange Activity of Cooking International Cuisine ‘ASEAN + Japan’.  Demonstrated dishes and Desserts were Amok (Cambodian fish curry), Noodle in coconut soup (Myanmar), Goi Cuon (Vietnamese fresh spring rolls), Nikujaga (Japanese beef and potato stew) and two menus from Thailand; Buo Loi (Dumplings in coconut cream) and Lon Phu (Salted crab stew).  This special event was held on June 15th, 2016 at FTM Roof Garden, 5th floor, Chalermprakiat Building, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.
