Professor Yaowalark Sukthana, M.D., Dean of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University chaired the special event “The 80th Anniversary of Professor Emeritus Tan Chongsuphajaisiddhi’ to show affection and sympathy to the 3rd dean of Faculty of Tropical Medicine. The event included Video Presentation about Live and Work of Professor Emeritus Tan Chongsuphajaisiddhi, a special talk by Professor Emeritus Arunee Subchareon, co-founder and former head of Department of Tropical Pediatrics and special talks from former FTM deans; Professor Emeritus Santasiri Sornmani, M.D., and Associate Professor Pratap Singhasivanon, M.D. Then followed by the opening ceremony of ‘Tan Chongsuphajaisiddhi Conference Room’. The event was held on August 25th, 2016 in a warm atmosphere in the theme of blue color at Tan Chongsuphajaisiddhi Conference Room, 6th floor, Sornchai Looareesuwan Building, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University.
