Associate Professor Dr. Pratap Singhasivanon chaired the special event “The Research Market: (A Tropmed Research Showcase)” on Monday 12th March 2018, at Maegraith Conference Room, 8th Floor, The 60th Anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne Building. This special event was organized by Office of Research Services (ORS). The objectives of this event were to encourage the faculty members, researchers from each departments, Researcher from International Units within faculty, research centers and research partners to get to know each other, and to have the opportunity to showcase their outstanding research, and innovative products, and to get a chance to foster new collaboration. The event was successfully held, there were over 400 participants attending Tropmed Research Market. There were booth displays by 11 FTM Departments: Medical Entomology, Protozoology, Tropical Hygiene, Tropical Pathology, Molecular Tropical Medicine and Genetics, Clinical Tropical Medicine, Helminthology, Microbiology and Immunology, Social and Environmental Medicine, Tropical Nutrition and Food Science and Tropical Pediatrics. Booth displays by 6 International collaborators:
