On 3 February 2022, Research Professor Dr. Jetsumon Prachumsri, Deputy Dean for Research, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University and Assoc. Prof. Wang Nguitragool, Department of Molecular Tropical Medicine and Genetics, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University joined the meeting entitled “Wellcome Trust: New Discovery Research Funding Schemes” together with Assoc. Prof. Thomas Guadamuz, Assistant to the President for Research and Scientific Affairs, Mahidol University and Dr. Wasinee Rungsarityotinl, the Institute of Molecular Biosciences, Mahidol University. Prof. Dr. Pattarachai Kiratisin, Vice President for Research, Mahidol University chaired this meeting.
This meeting aims to promote and provide participants about the knowledge and application guideline for New Discovery Research Funding Schemes. Moreover, there are experience sharing sessions from lecturers and researchers who were previously received the funding from Wellcome Trust.
