On 24 August 2022, Asst. Prof. Teera Kusolsuk, Assistant Dean for Faculty Welfare and Special Affairs, Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University and Chair of Health Promotion Committee together with Dr. Sungsit Sungvornyothin from Department of Medical Entomology, Mrs. Kongkeaw Younboonhlim, Head of Nursing Department, Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Ms. Weeraworn Ounkaew, Head of Out-Patient Department, Hospital for Tropical Diseases and staff from Hospital for Tropical Diseases in collaboration with Phayathai District Office led by Mrs. Orapin Sasan, Head of Environment and Sanitation Division, Phayathai District Office visited Wat Makok Suan Na, Wat Makok Klang Suan and Suksawad Community, Phayathai District to educate about the guidelines for surveillance and protection of Dengue Fever. This visit aims to raise public awareness and create community empowerment on preventing Dengue fever.
