On 12 January 2024, the Faculty of Tropical Medicine participated in the ceremony to present certificates to those who successfully passed the assessment of the Mahidol University Professional Standard Framework (MUPSF) at the foyer of Prince Mahidol Hall, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus, with Prof. Dr.Banchong Mahaisavariya, the President of Mahidol University, presiding over the event. The certificates were awarded to commend the professors who have demonstrated high-quality teaching management, serving as inspiration for continuous self-improvement in teaching at Mahidol University.

There are 3 professors from Faculty of Tropical Medicine who received awards as follow:

1. Asst. Prof. Dr.Thundon Ngamprasertchai, under the Department of Clinical Tropical Medicine, has been awarded a certificate for passing the assessment for the Level 2 of the MUPFS.

2. Assoc. Prof. Dr.Dumrongkiet Arthan, under the Department of Tropical Nutrition and Food Science, has been awarded a certificate for passing the assessment for the Level 2 of the MUPFS.

3. Assoc. Prof. Dr.Jittima Dhitavat, under the Department of Clinical Tropical Medicine, has been awarded a certificate for achieving Senior Fellow status under the United Kingdom Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF).
