The Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, in collaboration with the Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit (MORU), and SEAMEO TROPMED Network organized the Joint International Tropical Medicine Meeting (JITMM) 2024 from 11 - 13 December 2024 at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai, Bangkok.
The JITMM is a platform that has provided opportunities for Thai and foreign researchers to communicate and collaborate. This year, over 700 participants from 36 countries have registered to attend the meeting. The main topic of JITMM 2024 is “Advancements in Tropical Medicine: On the Horizon,” primarily focusing on the latest innovations in tackling tropical diseases. The meeting will explore cutting-edge technologies, strategies, and new policies that can be developed into practical solutions for addressing these global challenges.
