On 17 September 2025, Assoc. Prof. Weerapong Phumratanaprapin, Dean Faculty of Tropical Medicine, and Mrs. Siriluck Kiewkong, Vice President for Mahidol University Amnat Charoen Campus, presided over the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for Academic and Research collaborations between the Faculty of Tropical Medicine and Mahidol University Amnat Charoen Campus. The ceremony was attended by executives and faculty members from both institutions.
This ceremony was honorable witnessed by Dr. Phimphan Pisutsan Assistant Dean for International Relations and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Urusa Thaenkham, Program Director of the Master of Science in Tropical Medicine (International Program), along with program committee members at the Community Learning and Environmental Research Center, Mahidol University Amnat Charoen Campus.
This MOU aims to strengthen and promote collaboration in teaching, research, curriculum development, and other related academic activities between the two institutions.
Following the signing ceremony, the delegation from the Faculty of Tropical Medicine visited the laboratories of the Bachelor of Science in Medical Science program at the Training and Laboratory Center. They also introduced the Master of Science in Tropical Medicine (International Program), to undergraduate students of the Bachelor of Science (Medical Science), Mahidol University Amnat Charoen Campus.
