Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University hosts the 2nd International Training Course on Essential Laboratory Diagnostic Tools for Malaria Elimination
         Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University as a World Health Organization Collaborating Centre (WHOCC) for Case Management, Training, and Research on Malaria and the BIMSTEC Centre of Excellence on Tropical Medicine, in collaboration with the WHO Regional Office for South-East Asia (WHO SEARO), the Department of International Economic Affairs, and Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organized the 2nd International Training Course on Essential Laboratory Diagnostic Tools for Malaria Elimination from 24–26 September 2025 at the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University. The training aims to provide the participants about malaria diagnosis or management, laboratory diagnosis for malaria control and elimination as well as sharing experiences among respective countries. There were 10 distinguished physicians, scientists, lab technicians and health experts from 5 respective countries attended the training including Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Bhutan, and Thailand.
