On 16 September 2026, Assoc. Prof. Weerapong Phumratanaprapin, Dean of the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Wirongrong Chierakul, Deputy Dean for Quality Development and  Dr. Phimphan Pisutsan, Assistant Dean for International Relations cordially welcomed Dr. Timo Albert Horst, Consultant Anaesthesiologist/ Intensive Care & Emergency Medicine/ Senior Military Medical Officer from the Crisis Response Unit of the Federal Foreign Office of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Faculty of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University at 6601 conference room on the 6th floor of the 60th Anniversary of His Majesty the King's Accession to the Throne building. The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge and information on hospital service systems in both routine and crisis situations, as well as to strengthen academic collaboration between the two institutions.
