1. You can request repeat or additional tests by calling the Tropical Medicine Reference Laboratory. Our staff will check if there is enough leftover specimen for testing.
  2. Please fill out a new test request form. Write clearly if the request is for a repeat test or an additional test using the remaining specimen. Also, specify which test(s) you want.
  3. Send the completed form to the laboratory during office hours.
