Background

Dr. Thitinan Kitisin is a Lecturer in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology. He obtained his B.Sc. in Agro-Industry from Assumption University. He received his M.Sc. in Environmental Biology and completed his Ph.D. in Anatomy and Structural Biology from Mahidol University.

Dr. Kitisin’s research interest is to understand the molecular pathogenesis of fungal infections in human, which focusing on the molecular cell signalings, and immunological reaction during disease progression and also to develop novel therapeutic intervention to control or prevent such infections using plant-, animal-extracts, or fungal signaling molecules.
