Background

Dr. Kriengsak Limkittikul is Associate Professor in the Department of Tropical Pediatrics. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Mahidol University. He holds a number of graduate diplomas including Diploma Thai Board of Pediatrics from Khon Kaen University, Diploma of Virology from Nagasaki University, Japan, Diploma Thai Board of Family Medicine, and Diploma of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from Mahidol University, Thailand. His duties at the Faculty of Tropical Medicine involved teaching and research, he also serves as a doctor in the Hospital for Tropical Diseases, Bangkok. His recent position is Head of Department of Tropical Pediatrics.

Dr. Kriengsak is a board-certified pediatrician with expertise in infectious disease. He has been involved and led many vaccine trials for dengue. He is especially interested in medical virology.
