Background

Dr. Dumrongkiet Arthan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tropical Nutrition and Food Science. He teaches M.Sc. and Ph.D. students at the Bangkok School of Tropical Medicine. He has a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Biochemistry, both from Mahidol University, Thailand.

Dr. Dumrongkiet is an expert in enzymology and protein bio chemistry, molecular biology, school health, and health science. He has a particular interest in glycosidase enzymes in various organisms and anti-microbial peptides from mosquitoes.
