Dr.
Pannamas is a Lecturer in the Department of Tropical Hygiene. She has a B.Sc.
in Nursing, M.Sc. degree in Community Medicine from Chulalongkorn University
and a Ph.D. degree in Tropical Medicine from Mahidol University. She teaches
students in M.Sc. and Ph.D. courses at the Bangkok School of Tropical Medicine.
Dr. Pannamas is teaching and researching based mainly on community-based
approaches and interdisciplinary perspectives in public health and school
health research, education and training. In particular, the focus is radically
on field training and practices that employ quantitative and qualitative
methods, as well as triangulation, used in collections of data, information and
samples.
