PI notification
- The PI and all personnel involved in animal procedures must hold a valid license for the use of animals in scientific research issued by the NRCT.
- The IACUC oversees the specific use of animals by formally reviewing animal use protocols and granting approval prior to the start of animal protocols.
- At FTM-MU, we use full committee review for all animal use protocols.
- If a revised protocol is submitted after the 60-day revision period, it is considered as a new submission.
The deadline of protocol submitting is within 7th of the month
IACUC secretary distributes protocols to IACUC members
IACUC secretary complies all comments from the members
The review meeting occurs every last week of the month
IACUC secretary sends questions and comments to PI
PI revise and resubmit protocols within 60 days
